We’re pleased to share that Aprao has been named a finalist in the Digital Transformation & Data Excellence category of Property Week’s Tech Innovation Awards 2026.
The category recognises the use of technology and data to modernise property industry operations. For us, that makes this recognition particularly meaningful. Aprao was built around a practical problem: development decisions depend on complex financial information, but the work of building, reviewing and sharing an appraisal can be fragmented.
A development appraisal should help a team understand an opportunity, test its assumptions and explain the decision to others. That becomes harder when information is scattered across files, versions and individual ways of working.
Our focus at Aprao is to give development teams a more consistent way to model opportunities, compare scenarios and communicate the financial case. Technology is useful when it helps people see what drives a result, challenge an assumption and move a decision forward with confidence.
Being shortlisted is an encouraging recognition of that direction and of the work our team has put into the product. We’re grateful to our customers for the conversations and feedback that continue to shape it.
