My Return on Equity is very high / displaying as negative

If the Return on Equity is very high this is because there is a marginal amount of equity going into the transaction. 

We have seen some Aprao users who are getting the developers equity from external investors. It is best to run two pro formas; one with the private equity and one without it.

If the Return on Equity on negative is displaying negative it is because you have over financed the project.
