Oliver Leeming leads valuation operations at Lambert Smith Hampton, one of the UK and Ireland's largest property consultancies, where he works with divisional directors to grow the firm's valuation mandates amid the shift toward technology-assisted practice and active RICS reform. He was previously Head of Operations and Business Development for Valuation at CBRE, and held a senior role at build-to-rent operator Get Living, giving him both client-side and consultancy perspectives. He began his career as an officer in the British Army, an experience that shaped his approach to leadership and decision-making under pressure.
