We're excited to announce our partnership with UDIA WA, the leading voice in property development in Western Australia.
Their role is to work collaboratively with government and other industry bodies to represent their members and achieve a policy environment that enables the world’s best practice in property development in their state, promoting excellence and innovation in the creation of sustainable communities.
The Urban Development Institute of Australia is the leading organisation representing all aspects of the development industry, and has been present in Western Australia for over 40 years. This partnership launches off the back of our increased presence in Australia, as we take what we've learned in the UK and start applying it to other markets around the world.
In an announcement earlier this month, the UDIA WA said:
The key talking point amongst today’s property professionals is which technology will be adopted by the market and how to position their companies for the future.
At UDIA WA, we are consistently on the lookout for value add technology that we believe will form a significant part of the industry in the years to come. Therefore, we are pleased to announce the recent membership of Aprao. This fully cloud-based proptech platform gives property professionals the ability to manage their development feasibilities with increased accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
In practical terms, this means providing an online property development feasibility platform where users can instantly assess the financial viability of a project, calculate residual site value, produce a sensitivity analysis, and produce a detailed development cashflow - all in a format pre-approved and endorsed by lenders. Aprao will empower all parties to make faster and smarter decisions.
We’re looking forward to working with Aprao as they expand across Australia.
As we continue to grow into new markets we are honoured to be partnering with some exceptionally reputable organisations like UDIA WA, and look forward to seeing these new markets benefiting from what the Aprao platform has to offer.
