Nick Barnett
Senior Specialist, Valuation & Investment Advisory, RICS
Nick Barnett is a Senior Specialist in Valuation & Investment Advisory at RICS, the global professional body for standards in land, property and construction. He brings over a decade of hands-on real estate experience spanning advisory, investment and development finance.
Nick began his career as a Surveyor at Deloitte Real Estate before moving to CBRE UK, where he spent over four years as an Associate Director specialising in development appraisals and residential valuation. He then joined Quintain — the developer behind Wembley Park, one of the UK's largest build-to-rent schemes — where he spent nearly seven years in investment and finance roles, latterly as Senior Investment and Finance Manager. He joined RICS earlier this year in his current advisory capacity.
A Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS) and University of Reading graduate, Nick brings a rare combination of on-the-ground development finance experience and institutional standards expertise to the conversation.
